The Wallowa County seventh and eighth grade boys cross country team won the PDXC State Middle School Championship at Western Oregon University in Monmouth Oct. 29 with a score of 44 points. Two runners from Union joined the team and the kids renamed themselves the Eastern Oregon Cross Country Team.
