As the technological capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles grow, so does versatility that is already on display in agriculture. However how far can the potential of these multi-use drones go in light of promising research and existing tech and regulatory limitations. Rod Bain looks at why some see drones as an ag tool that’s the equivalent of a Swiss army knife in this edition of “Agriculture USA”.
