Divide Camp provides healing to combat wounded veterans through outdoor activities.

Camp: Combat wounded veterans can heal by spending time and experiencing the outdoors on guided activities provided by a host of volunteers. A number of veterans have been served and are testimony to the power of connecting with nature. Even more are being served this summer. Much of this work occurs at Divide Camp, on rivers, in forests or out in the wilderness. Our Headquarters located in downtown Joseph serves as the point of connection with our community and our visitors. We are eager to provide folks with information about our organization. It is also a place to experience solace and where friends can be made. The internet is on and the coffee is fresh.

Host: We need your help. Divide Camp is seeking a qualified individual to manage the Headquarters. The position is supervised by the Director. Initially, we are seeking a volunteer to serve in this capacity. We anticipate the opportunity for a paid position when sufficient funds are acquired.

Duties: The job includes meeting the public and sharing information about the organization and inviting people who are interested to volunteer. In addition, the manager will be coordinating exhibits, overseeing merchandise sales, organizing classes, and scheduling other volunteers.

Close: This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of an organization that gives back to our veterans: Honoring service and building hope. For further information either call Julie at 541-531-9939 or email her at Dividecamp@charter.net.
